The initial idea behind Inflate Education came from a serious concern over one particular flaw at a critical stage in the development of young people as they transition from minors to adults; this being that it is compulsory to stay in full-time education until the age of 18, but 18 also being the legal age for individuals to be able to obtain credit. Whilst financial education remains absent or at best seriously lacking under the formal schooling system, many young people land into a financial minefield as soon as they start generating an income and place themselves under crippling stress.
This club is passionate about intercepting at the right time to ensure people have the information needed to efficiently and safely navigate through finance in a world now changing faster than ever, before they financially entangle themselves in liabilities that often encumber them for life.
Within our sessions there is a strong emphasis on truth and hard facts. Students will learn about inflation, credit, interest rates, compounding, financial gearing, leverage, derivatives, loans, mortgages and more. They will also learn to identify whether each subject in life is a financial asset or liability.
I truly hope that everyone who subscribes and participates finds a net positive value from it. I urge you all to strive for independence rather than dependence.
